Cavs Star falls hard in the loss of game 2

play

The Cleveland Cavaliers in Cleveland No. 1 fell 2-0 in the semi-finals of the Eastern Conference, and their star player seemed late with the team with several injuries.

Donovan Mitchell had a great performance in game 2 against the Indiana Pacers, but he had clear pain in the competition when Indiana scored an incredible comeback to numb the Cavaliers. After Cleveland rose by seven points with a 48-second lead, Pacers striker Pascal Siakam missed an attempted free throw, but Aaron Nesmith was there for a put back-dunk.

Mitchell went for the rebound when Nesmith put the ball in the bucket, and he finally stormed onto the play. The Cleveland guard put a few moments on the floor and twitched together. A repetition showed that Mitchell's body landed uncomfortable, with Nesmith's hands being caught on Mitchell's neck.

After the piece was checked and a foul was called on Mitchell, he left the game briefly before returning in competition with 27 seconds. Tyrese Haliburton met a 3 pointer who scored the late comeback in game 2.

Donovan Mitchell: “I'm banged”

After the game, Mitchell did not say that there was a certain injury he had to do, but he was just one of many other teammates that are tired.

“I'm banging, but we are all,” said Mitchell to reporters. “It is what it is.

“We have two days to prepare for Friday.”

Cavalier's injury concerns

While Mitchell's status is unknown to game 3 on Friday, it is another problem for a Cleveland team that has to do with many injuries for important players.

All-stars Darius Garland and Evan Mabley as well as the Key Reserve de'andre Hunter were all excluded with injuries for game 2. Garland injured his toe during the first round of the Cavs against Miami, while Mobley and Hunter were injured in game 1 against Indiana. Mobley suffered a bricked -up ankle while Hunter has to do with a bricked -down right thumb.

Mitchell had an outstanding night in game 2 when he scored with nine assists and five rebounds in 36 minutes with 48 points with 48 points.
