Jimmy Butler had a perfect comment on Stephen Curry's injury to Timberwolves

The Golden State Warriors were able to win against the Minnesota Timberwolves on Tuesday evening game 1 of their Western Conference, but it was a costly victory when they lost Stephen Curry in the first half with a thigh injury.

The 37-year-old Curry started at the beginning of the second quarter and meant the bank that he had to get out of the game. Then he went straight to the changing room and did not return for the rest of the night. His status for game 2 and the rest of the series is not yet known, but it seems as if the warriors are a little without their legendary guard.

Jimmy Butler, who had 20 points in the victory, was asked about the game what the Warriors had learned in the victory over themselves. His answer was pretty perfect:

“This Steph is our best player, and the game is much easier if we have it,” said Butler with a smile.

Game 2 of this series is Wednesday evening at 8:30 p.m. We have to wait and see if Curry can try it or whether he stays outside.
