South California man who was killed in the crash in Merced County, says Chp, says Chp

Merced County, California (KFSN) – A fatal crash has experienced a man's life in Southern California in Merced County.

It happened after 10 p.m. on Tuesday on the Highway 99 towards the north south of the Buhach Road.

The California Highway Patrol says that a Chevy Silverado held north to the north for unknown reasons.

At that time a big rig came on the Silverado on the highway, tried to swivel, and the right side of the rig collided with the Chevy.

The Chevy driver from Riverside died at the scene.

A passenger in Coarsegold's Chevy suffered serious injuries and was flown to a modesto hospital.

The Big Rig driver from Visalia suffered minor injuries and was brought to the Merced Medical Center.

The drivers on the highway were diverted to the Appegate Road in Atwater, which was opened again shortly after 1 a.m.
