Posted

Personnel report

A Prescott man fled before a crash last week and told the police that he was “in panic”.

The 65 -year -old Gerald Raymond Erickson drove a Buick Anto 2014 2014 2014 on April 27th on Highway 10 near 1170TH Street in the city of Oak Grove, when he crossed the center line, entered the ditch on the north side of the street and traveled through the ditch and a field until he hit a tree on Gregory Eaton's property.

Erickson fled from the scene after the vehicle started fire. The scanner traffic indicated that passers -by Erickson had helped out of the vehicle before starting fire, but then he ran away.

When the police found him later, Erickson told them, he thinks he fell asleep and ran away from the scene because he “panicked”. He was quoted because of failure by the operator to inform the police about accident and failure to keep the vehicle under control. The vehicle was towed due to the deactivation of damage.
