The Trump government to announce us will call Persian Golf as an Arabic Golf

Dubai, Arabian Emirates – the government of President Donald Trump plans to report that the United States will officially call the Arab Gulf or the Arabic Golf the Golf.

The development was reported by the Associated Press and quoted two unnamed US officials and is to be determined in time for Trump's visit to the Middle East on May 13th to 16th. During this time he will stop in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates.

The name of the water body – a large shipping lane between the southern coast of Iran and the coasts of the Arab countries of Kuwait, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates and in the Qatar – has long been a dispute. The area has been widespread for around the 1700s, although in many Arabic countries as Arabic Golf as Arabic Golf and Gulf of Arabia is called.

The US Central Command uses the name of Arabia in its publications and statements, while the Foreign Ministry and the CIA have so far used the Persian Golf.

Google Maps denotes the “Persian Golf (Arabian Golf)” region, while Apple call Maps and large US news agencies, including NBC News and the Associated Press, the Persian Golf.

Iran, the home of the former Persian Empire, was threatened to sue Google in 2012 because it did not completely name the water on his cards.

The White House did not react immediately to a CNBC request for comments. The Trump government has had indirect discussions with Iranian officials about the Iranian nuclear program.
