Swifties have the option of buying one of the former Taylor Swift houses for cool 14.5 million US dollars. The “Enchanted” singer previously had the Cape Cod, Mass., Mansion, which is located near the famous Kennedy site between 2012 and 2013, and now the property is back for sale.

The house with seven bedrooms and eight bathing rooms has increased significantly since Swift. The pop star paid $ 5 million for the villa in 2012. She lived in her romance with Conor Kennedy on the property.

Swift and Kennedy's short romance ended in autumn 2012 and sold the property the following spring for 5.675 million US dollars.

The property is a little more than 5,000 square feet on a 1.11 hectare property and looks beyond the Nantucket sound. It has three garages and a heated in-floor pool and a fireplace area.

The view of the water is visible from the many large glass windows and doors on the back half of the property. The pool and the nearby Cabana also give the residents the ocean in the background.

The house originally built in 1928 is located on a rocky bluff with private access to more than 200 feet.
