Seemann killed in the car accident at the Naval Station Great Lakes

A US -Marine -Seemann was killed on Sunday evening in a car accident in the Naval Station Great Lakes in Chicago in the extreme north suburbs in Chicago.

At around 10:40 p.m. on Sunday, 28-year-old Makaio Bartley drove in the Ziegremeier Street in the Naval Station Great Lakes when his vehicle bumped into a guard wall against a concrete wall according to the Lake County Coroner.

The police and firefighters who reacted to the crash did not find Bartley in the vehicle, a 2018 Honda Civic, and he was declared dead at the scene.

Bartley, originally from California, was stationed at the Naval Station Great Lakes at the time.

An autopsy found that he died of violum violations from the crash in the consequences of blunt.

The cause of the crash is examined by the Great Lakes Police Department, the Naval Criminal Investative Service and the Sheriff's Office of the Lake County.
