For Aaron Thomas begins in the “naked fat test” scandal for Aaron Thomas

Wakefield, RI (WLNE) – Aaron Thomas was back on the stand on the fourth day, in his own defense in the “Naked Fat Test” scandal, with the prosecutors had the opportunity to examine the former coach.

“Are you shy or not shy? That is the question, isn't it? The question that you have asked hundreds of high school boys over the years,” asked the deputy attorney in general.

The former basketball coach of the North Kingstown High School confirmed with prosecutors that he lied during a 2018 examination, especially the students who were naked in his office for the test.

The public prosecutor interviewed Thomas about the language he used with the athletes and wondered why his form of approval was not clear that the students were naked for the fat test.

“Over the years, there have been students who were confused by this question,” said the prosecutor.

Thomas confirmed that there was confusion.

As early as 2022, Thomas did not owe himself after months of investigation by the North Kingstown police and the Attorney General of Rhode Island.

It was charged with a second degree of second degree and a number of sexual attacks in second degree.

The prosecutors said Thomas knew that the students could have done the test with clothing on the basis of research, so that the public prosecutor's side wondered why he continued to ask the students to take off for the fitness test.

“I was in my way,” said Thomas. “I don't want to call it arrogance, but I was arrogant about it; that this worked. It achieved the results we wanted. I didn't hear any negative feedback, so I just went on.”

Thomas' Fall will reappear on May 8, if he is expected, to testify a fifth day.
