It was found stabbed that the suspect had detained after the neighbor had reported

As we told you last nightTH Since then we have learned St. NW that APD detectives charged Clay Sanchez during a fight on Tuesday evening because of his neighbor Andrew Mazetta's fatal first.

Another neighbor told the detective that on Tuesday he heard Rubergeräusche on Tuesday behind his house in the 1400 Block shortly after 6 p.m.TH St., NW the resident said he saw how Sanchez and Mazetta fought. When he separated the two men, he noticed that Mazetta was bleeding and Sanchez had a kitchen knife in his hand. The neighbor asked Sanchez what he was doing, and Sanchez ignored him and went to his apartment. The neighbor then returned to his own apartment and called 9-1-1.

The responding officers found the 56-year-old Mazetta on site with stab wounds and died at the scene. The criminal complaint found that Mazetta's body was in the courtyard and that a deep injury on his right forearm and a large, gaping, deep stab wound on his chest found.

Officers said a man who was later identified as a Sanchez was from an apartment covered with blood. He was arrested and later arrested after detectives received an arrest warrant.

Detective learned during the investigation that Sanchez and Mazetta had a continuous dispute. Mazetta told his girlfriend that his motorcycle was stolen earlier a day.

The 50 -year -old Sanchez is charged with evidence for murder and manipulations. He was booked in MDC on May 7thTH at 10:35 a.m.
