Former Detroit Lions WR trends closer to retirement than ever before

All Robinson II probably played his last snapshot in the NFL. The former recipient of Detroit Lions made 12 appearances, only recorded three catches for 30 yards and no touchdowns in the 2024 season. That says a lot when you consider how much the Lions distributed the ball. Even Khalif Raymond, a return specialist, was able to put 200 yards in the shade and scored two touchdowns.

After an outstanding 2020 season, Robinson had an enormous fall with the Chicago Bears. That was the last time that he had over 1,000 receiving boys in one season. Since then he has not had more than 410 in a single season and jumped to three different teams in so many seasons.

His better days are behind him and in a dry recipient market it is not likely that he ends up in another team. He hadn't had a touchdown for two seasons and effectively pulled out from the NFL.

Will an NFL team revive earlier all Robinson's earlier themselves?

If Robinson couldn't find a role in a team like the Lions that thrown away from pulling the ball around, you can certainly say that no other team in the NFL will be able to get the Robinson out of yesterday. During his Jacksonville Jaguars days, Robinson was one of the fatal recipients in the league.

Before he was injured in 2017, he had almost 2,000 meters with 20 touchdown catches during this time between 2015 and 2016. 14 came in 2015. He stormed into the scene as an impressive option No. 1.

After ending up in Chicago, he looked like his former self and won in successive 1,000 yards season in 2019 and 2020. When the bears had recorded DJ Moore, Robinson missed effectively.

So he landed the Los Angeles Rams, Pittsburgh Steelers and the Detroit Lions, who drop more with every new goal. Each of these teams needed a recipient and he couldn't produce enough to be a comfortable goal.

Robinson's best bet is to call it a career. With the number of recipients who are moved in every year and picked up as non -dragged freelance agents, there is essentially no more space for Robinson in the NFL. He dies and does not even produce at a level that it would be worth.

When he ended up in Detroit, it was a chance to find a good role to receive another contract. Instead, it confirmed that it is best for him to close the curtain for his football career.
