A man was identified and booked for vandalism for crimes after falling through the entrance gate outside of Jennifer Aniston's Bel Air Home.

Bel Air, Los Angeles – On Wednesday, stalking and vandalism were submitted against the man who plunged a car through the entrance gate in front of Jennifer Aniston's Bel Air Home.

The 48 -year -old Jimmy Wayne Carwyle did not appear on Wednesday because the transport problems brought him to the courthouse, official said. He should now be in court on Thursday.

Carwyle supposedly crashed through the entrance gate around 12:20 p.m. on Monday. A private security guard pulled him out of the vehicle and held it until the police arrived. The investigators said the crash seemed to be intended.

LAPD confirmed that Aniston was at home at the time of the incident.

The investigators checked several online posts, which were assumed that they come from the suspect, which indicates the actress, said Sources ABC News.
