Family remembers Williamston Teen, who was killed when crashed

Pitt County, NC (Witn) – The family of a teenager of Williamston, who was killed in a wreck last week, talks to Witn about how to remember.

The Highway Patrol says that the accident took place on Highway 903 near the road outside of Greenville at 6:00 p.m.

Soldiers say that 18-year-old Jaden Wiggins drove south towards Greenville when his vehicle crossed the center line, scored a ditch and a driveway hit and tipped over.

Jaden's father says this experience has taught him to always appreciate her loved ones.

“You have love here? Love of them. Some arguments, bad blood, come together because you never know when you could be here in one minute and the next one,” said Jaden's father, Lebarrik Hudgins.

Wiggins was a senior at the Martin County High School in Williamston, where he was shortly before the end.

Jaden's brother says he has many memories that he would appreciate the memories of his life.

“He said to me:” Be a little brother and I love you. “I told him I loved him back.

Jaden's other brother, Jamere Williams, says Jaden should visit him on the same weekend of the crash.

“Keep your families in your prayers. My brother should see me on Sunday. It just hurts that he is not here to see me,” said Williams.

The teenager Williamston did not wore a seat belt and was thrown out of his vehicle according to the Highway Patrol.

Soldiers are not sure why the teenager's vehicle ran from the highway.

The school system confirms that Wiggins senior was at Martin County High School.
