Ohio State Legend Urban Meyer reveals shocking takeover against Michigan scandals

Urban Meyer grew up in Toledo with a Buckeyes fan from Ohio State and trained the team for seven years – including a national championship.

Meyer shared his strong opinion on this topic in a recent episode of The triple option.

“If you lie in my personal opinion as a college football coach of the NCAA, you're done,” said Meyer.

On Monday it was reported that Michigan head coach Sherrone Moore would be suspended for two games in the 2025 season. It will be a self-imposed punishment from the University of Moore's participation in the Signal Stealing Scandal with conor-talions. The suspension takes place in weeks 3 and 4 because Michigan competes against central Michigan and Nebraska.

Meyer and co-moderator Rob Stone discussed urgent topics in college football in this recent episode. When the topic of Michigan's scandal appeared, Meyer believes that the punishments were not strong enough – and not just for the Wolverines.

“If they have you and say 'Did you do that?' And they refuse to cooperate or lie, you are with coaching in the division I College football or in basketball or in which sport ended, “said Meyer.

Over the years, the NCAA has cleared victories from programs as a punishment for various violations. In some extreme cases, the national championship was even taken away. According to Meyer, this is not the right way.

“Wirts what wins?” Said Meyer. “Seven years ago, six years ago, four years ago. You know that it has no influence. That is the risk of risk. You can vacate all the desired victories.”

Ultimately, Meyer believes that the end of the head coach involved will send the strongest message and that the biggest step towards solving the problem would be.

“The risk is too high now and I don't think they will ever see this kind of things again,” said Meyer.
