Three officers who were involved in Christian Glass in 2022 have charged them against them

Three law enforcement officers who were involved in the killing of Christian Glass in 2022 had fallen against them this week.

The public prosecutor's office of Clear Creek County confirmed on Wednesday that judge Cynthia Jones was dismissed by non -conflict against Brittany Morrow, Ryan Bennie and Timothy Collins on Tuesday.

Morrow, who was now killing the police authority of Idaho Springs, Colorado State Patrol Trooper Bennie and the former police officer of Georgetown Collins, Collins, in front of the former sheriff of Clear Creek County, Andrew Buen, in June 2022 in a dark rural road near silver connections.

The officials responded to a call from glass who was looking for help after his car was stuck. Glass had returned from a geology trip in Utah to Boulder County at that time. He had informed the dispatcher that he had tools such as hammer, rubber hammer and knife that could be seen as weapons in his car.

A patient situation occurred after Glass refused to leave his vehicle when the officials ordered him. The officials used bean sack rounds and Taser after Buen believed that Glass was struck in the then police argument by Georgetown, Randy Williams. Buen then shot several rounds out of his gun and killed and killed glass.

Buen was convicted in April 2024 for ruthless danger and at the beginning of this year criminal -negligent murder. He was sentenced to a maximum of three years in prison.

Morrow, Bennie and Collins were part of six officers to intervene.

Sgt. Kyle Gould, a supervisory officer who looked at the incident from afar, said in 2023. His certification as a police officer was revoked in Colorado in 2024.

At the end of last year, a judge left the indictment against the Colorado Division of Gaming Officers Mary Harris and Christa Lloyd, who acted as backing officials during the confrontation.

Colorado State Patrol Colonel Matthew Packard said he was satisfied with the judge's decision to reject charges against Trooper Bennie in a written statement.

“I wish the process would have been different, especially when avoiding unnecessary criminal charges against Trooper Bennie, I also understand the complexity,” said Packard. “Our agency will continue your efforts to learn and grow as part of our endeavors for continuous improvements after our participation.

The Glass family received a settlement of CLEAR CREEK COUNTY – the largest known police settlement in the history of Colorado.
