Hunter Greene leaves begins with apparent groin injury

The hits come again and again for the Cincinnati -reds, but not for those we want. After the red climbed 3-0 in the lower end of the 4th inn, Hunter Greene drove just like the whole season. After the red had only allowed 2 hits and already fell 6 strikes in his three innings, they were on the best way to victory. That was until Greene felt something awkward in his leg while he threw a warm -up slope in front of the 4th place. Greene meant the shelter, a meeting was held, and Greene slowly went to the shelter.

Hopefully this is all precautionary measures, as a precaution, and we only look at a short IL stay. As you can remember, this is the same leg and the same hip that turned it off for a significant part of the 2023 season, so that the two are hopefully not related. We will all look forward to further news about this injury. But until we find out more, we can simply add this to the list of injuries that the Reds plagued in 2025.
