Ex-Ohio State Coach reacts to the latest developments in Michigan's scouting scandal

Michigan's football coach, Sherrone Moore, is expected to serve a two-game suspension on Monday during the 2025 season as part of the school's self-imposed sanctions from the 2023 scouting scandal.

Moore, who became a head coach Wolverines after Jim Harbaugh's departure, was involved in a suspected series of deleted text messages between him and stalions.

It was assumed that the news had been exchanged on the same day in which the news of the alleged scheme became public.

The messages were finally created by “device imaging” according to a design of the NCAA announcement about the allegations in 2024. While Michigan's future sanctions of the NCAA, the former coach of the state of Ohio, Urban Meyer, was used for hard punishment – especially for bogs.

“If you lie as a College soccer coach of the NCAA, you are done, you're done, you're done,” said Meyer in a recent edition of the “Triple Option Show”.

Meyer admitted that his opinion was hard, but he said that the alleged actions were unacceptable.

“When they have you and they say: 'Did you do that?' And they have refused to cooperate, or in my opinion they leaned on college football or basketball what happens.
