The video was recorded by a passenger who said things were “out of control” when he was hit with an unexpected fee of 25 US dollars to check in an agent. It shows that the employees who work on the Airlines Counter Frontier argue with the man and refused to let him check in for his flight.

According to the New York Post, the man from Ralieg Durham (RDU) flew to Boston and arrived at the airport about 50 minutes before his flight, with the airline's check-in window, which is supposed to pay the passengers for a fee, if they check in at least an hour before their flight.

According to an argument, the man in the video explains to pay the fee; However, an employee still refuses to check in.

A representative of Frontier Airlines announced ABC11 that he was aware of the incident and said that they were in contact with the customer.

The airline also said: “The employees who work for a third-party entrepreneur are no longer connected to the frontier account.”
