Supreme Court Roberts sends Trump a new message

The Supreme Court of John Roberts emphasized the importance of the American dishes that remain independent to check the excesses of both the congress and the president during a judicial defender on Wednesday evening in his home country Buffalo, New York.

Newsweek Turned to the White House on Wednesday.

Why is it important

President Donald Trump's advance after mass deportation was stopped in court. Within the first 100 days of his second term, the President referred to the law on alien enemies and granted him the authority to deport and capture non -citizens. The implementation was originally blocked in court, with a judge asked the planes to turn around in the middle of flight.

In a rare declaration in March, the Republican appointment consultant reacted to Trump to request the elevation of judges who ruled against him.

“For more than two centuries, it has been found that the survey is not an appropriate response to disagreements in relation to a judicial decision. The normal appeal review process is available for this purpose,” said Roberts.

What to know?

During the event on Wednesday evening, Roberts spoke about the constitution and the important role of the court: “In our constitution … the judiciary is a separate coheron, which is authorized to interpret the constitution as a law and obviously to go on the laws of the congress or the president,” reports NBC.

“And this innovation does not work if … the judiciary is not independent,” added Roberts. “His task is obvious to decide cases, but in the course of which they check the excesses of the congress or the executive, and that requires a certain degree of independence.”

Roberts, who lived in Buffalo in his early childhood, did not mention Trump directly during his comments.

The Supreme Richter also spoke about his previous statement about the request for the survey and partly said that the Supreme Court is there – to cope with the disagreement.
