ESPN advertises with Major reviews for NBA playoffs

While the NBA playoffs are continuing their second action-packed week, a combination of convincing series and Starpower has provided good news for the radio partner ESPN. The network advertises in 11 games on their platforms with its biggest NBA playoffs reviews of all time. Up to this point, the programs were an average of 4.48 million viewers, which corresponds to an increase of 13% compared to the previous year.

This number was significantly occupied in game 4 on Sunday between the Los Angeles Lakers and Minnesota Timberwolves, who had an average of 7.34 million viewers. ESPN quotes the game 4 of an opening round on their platforms as the most watched. And really, it is not too surprising when you consider that it was Luka Doncic and Lebron James in a must-win against Anthony Edwards, who is seriously trying to take the crown of James. Interestingly, this number represents a 32% jump over the comparable game of the past year, which at that time contained Dallas Maverick Doncic against the Los Angeles Clipper.

To the extent that the ratings are important, there are many positive signs for ESPN that it continues to march towards the current NBA final. But to have the Lakers on the edge of the elimination should offer a break as if they would bow, the most convincing protagonist/Antogonian of the post -season will not be there to lure into eye apples.
