NJ woman because of the death of “misused, neglected” 5-year-old girl: civil servants

A young girl is dead and civil servants say that a woman entrusted to her care was charged with her examination with her investigation.

What we know:

The officials responded to a house in Robbinsville to receive reports about a 5-year-old girl that was not reacting last weekend. A short time later she was declared dead in a local hospital.

The next day, the 36-year-old Raphaelle register was arrested and accused of four cases to endanger a child's well-being.

Officials say that the register has two 5-year-olds, an 8-year-old and a 12-year-old unattended, although they were legally obliged to take care of everyone.

“She has not fed the 5-year-olds appropriately and granted nutrition and access to the necessary medical treatment, which means that the children are abused or neglected,” says a criminal complaint.

What we don't know:

An autopsy was carried out on the 5-year-old girl, but her cause of death is still further tests and investigations.

What's next:

Officials say they submitted an application for detention of the register until a negotiation.
