Watch highlights from Tryout RB Chris Evans

The Denver Broncos move quickly to the 2025 NFL season, and that starts this week with the rookie -minicamp. The joining class 2025 from the Broncos will be more than two dozen test players, including three years back in front of the Cincinnati Bengals.

Running back by Chris Evans was invited to participate as a test player for the Broncos. Evans played from 2021-23 for the Bengals and lacked the 2024 season because of a broken patellar tendon. Evans played in 34 games in three seasons with the Bengals and started one. Evans hurried 89 yards in 19 experiments and without touchdowns. In the pass game Evans proved to be more versatile and caught 19 passes for 188 yards and three touchdowns.

Evans also had success as a special team player who returned to kickoffs with 14 returns for 314 yards.

Although the two-time Pro-Bowler Marvin Mim's Kick Return tasks has blocked, Evans could be a passcatcher from the backfield for a Broncos team, in which there was a lack of production from their running backs. It could also be a security option for returns. Take a look at the highlights of the running back below before his attempt:
