Video shows the man's arrest

Miami Beach, Fla. -New Body Camera video from Local 10 News On Tuesday shows how the Miami Beach police arrested a man who was accused of secretly taking a woman and her two children in a forever 21 -clothing room on the Lincoln Road.

The video shows the officials who deal with handcuffs 31-year-old Luca Dimichele and accompany him in a waiting patrol vehicle on December 14, 2024.

According to a arrest report, a 39-year-old woman told the official that she tried clothing with her 10-year-old daughter and 6-year-old son when she noticed that a cell phone near the wall was set up by the changing room.

She said Dimichele seemed to accept her with his phone, the report says.

The woman grabbed the device and found that it was actively accepted, the authorities said. She immediately brought the phone to a managing director who contacted the police.

Dimichele denied the allegation, but the officials arrested him at the scene.

He is now becoming an indictment for video voyeurism, a third degree in Florida.
