Switch on: Hokies softball to start the ACC tournament on Thursday

BLACKSBURG – After concluding their season with a thrilling 8-6 win against No. 9 Florida State this past weekend, Virginia Tech Softball will set their sights on the ACC Tournament starting on May 7. The Hokies, who achieved their third 40-win season in four years with the win Sunday, will look to claim their spot atop the conference as the tournament’s No. 3 overall seed.  

As one of four teams to receive a first-round bye in the tournament, Virginia Tech will play the winner of No. 6 North Carolina vs. No. 11 Notre Dame on May 8. Look below to see how you can follow the Hokies as they shoot to claim their 3rd ACC Tournament championship in team history.
