Plaza and the death of her husband

In January of this year the husband of Plaza, Jeff Baena, died of suicide. The couple had been alienated for some time and announced that it had separated since September.

Nevertheless, the two stayed in touch shortly before his death, with Plaza shared with the police that she received a text from her three hours in front of his apartment.

According to the news of his death, the von Plaza and Baena family divided a joint explanation. “This is an unimaginable tragedy,” it says. “We are deeply grateful to everyone who has offered support. Please respect our privacy during this time.”

The couple was together for years, with the two of them being connected for the first time in 2011. Through their partnership, Plaza and Baena worked together in many films, including “Life to Beth“,”The little hours,” And “Turn around. “The couple announced that they were married in 2021 and that Plaza shared the news on Instagram.
