Frontal crash near Valley Springs leaves 1 dead, 3 injured injured

Calavera's County-one person died and three more had serious injuries after a frontal accident near Valley Springs on Wednesday afternoon.

According to Calaveras Consolidated Fire, the crash on Highway 26 near Farris Drive was taken.

Exactly what led to the crash is unclear, but at least three vehicles were involved. One of these vehicles crashed from the street, the authorities say.

No details were released about the person, but the first aiders say that everyone involved was between 14 and 20 years old.

The three people who had suffered serious injuries were taken to the hospital with air and ambulance.

The California Highway Patrol examines the crash.
