How many free things can you score with a marathon medal?

No matter how your marathon works, an undeniable advantage of crossing the finish line, the medal of your finisher is wearing in the city – and to absorb the associated recognition (and free things) that could go hand in hand with it. A London man took this idea and literally ran.

David Hellard Didn't really run the 2025 London Marathon. His wife Claire deed. But the day after the race, he threw her medal around his neck and set off on the streets of London to find out how much free prey he could grab.
