LOOP 202 in Chandler after crash in eastern floor alleys closed

Phoenix – Part of the Santan Freeway in Ostbound Loop 202 was closed in Chandler after an accident on Thursday morning, the authorities said.

According to the Arizona Department of Transportation, the highway was closed at around 9:30 a.m. due to a collision in the Kyrene Road.

According to ABC15, two people, including a small child, were injured in the crash and had to be freed.

The drivers were recommended to expect delays on the eastern loop 202 and to look for alternative routes.

There was no valued time for how long the closure would exist. The paths in the west were not affected.
