Cyclists die after crash with a cement car in Columbia

Columbia, SC (WIS) – The authorities have published more information about what led to a fatal crash with a cyclist in Columbia.

The Columbia police said that the wreck was taking place shortly after 12.45 p.m. on Wednesday at the intersection of the Main Street and the Calhoun Street.

The police said a concrete car drove to the Main Street south and had a green light while turning to Calhoun Street.

This was also when the department said the cyclist who drove east on the sidewalk, to which Calhoun Bog bog and was hit by the truck.

The police said the cyclist was taken to a hospital where they died later.

The cyclist was not identified from Thursday at around 2 p.m.
