Sady, Ny -a Bottini fuel truck with thousands of gallons heating oil released a considerable amount of his payload in the Sawkill Creek, after not turning on the Macdaniel Road and then falling through a waking line, said officials.

The deputy chief of the Woodstock fire brigade, Kevin Peters, said the call to support had ended around 8:45 a.m., and the oil flow was stopped at 12 p.m.

“It was almost a complete cargo,” he said. “I appreciate about 2,000 gallons.”
