Body camera video shows over 150 dogs, cats kept in the house in Ogden

The newly published video camera video shows the house in Ogden, in which over 150 animals were found.

Officials from the OGDEN Police Department and several animal diets from the area went to the house at home on April 17 to receive a welfare check.

They found dozens and dozens of dogs together with some cats.

The officials announced themselves when they entered the house and said they had a search order.

They were immediately hit at the door, with many of the dogs barking, whining, whining and noise.

“There are 40 here,” said an officer.

When they entered, video showed several dogs that walked freely in the house. Dogs jumped from furniture and ran out in and out of the room.

Officials said 156 animals were removed from the house.

The homeowner, the 73-year-old Miguel Salgado Vargas, was charged with 637 displacement of offenses, the animals that are not licensed, violations of kennel and failure to obtain rabies vaccinations.
