Pregnant woman dies during the motorcycle with the husband in the crash

Peidmont, SC (WHHNS/Gray News) – The authorities in South Carolina examine a fatal motorcycle accident that led the life of a young woman.

According to the Greenville County's Coroner's office, the crash took place on Tuesday in Augusta Road and in West Georgia Road at 11:30 a.m.

Officials said that the driver and passenger of the motorcycle were taken to the hospital for treatment, but the female driver did not survive.

Since then, the passenger has been identified as a 28-year-old Kristin Cheyenne Martinson.

According to a gofundme, Kristin Martinson, who leaves Cheyenne, was six months pregnant when she died. At the time of the crash, she was on the motorcycle with her husband Peter Martinson.

A friend of the family said Peter Martinson stayed in the hospital and slowly expired from the sedation. It is unknown to the extent of his injuries.

The fundraising campaign mentioned that the couple also has a 2-year-old son with the money that is associated for hospital calculations, household costs and the costs for the care of the couple's child.

The authorities did not immediately publish further information on the crash.
