A Cape Cod men's house, “Start Again” singer Taylor Swift, who lived for a summer, is back on the market.

The Grammy Award winner lived in the 27 Marchant Avenue in Hyannis port in 2012 when they reportedly Conor Kennedy, the son of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

The 5,064 square meter house, which has been on the market for just a few weeks, is currently listed for $ 14.5 million.

“She bought (the house),” said Robert B. Kinlin, the Listing Agent of the property, on May 8th to USA.

Swift Old Pad in the “Heart of Hyannis Port” is located with eight bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a “sun -drenched” winter garden, an outdoor pool, an inn, a circular driveway and a garage with three vehicles.

The property on the water, which offers a panoramic view of Nantucket Sound and sits in the eyelid of the famous Kennedy site, was recently rebuilt by the couple who bought the Swift house.

“Taylor (Swift) had it, it was very nice, but it was older and looked out of date,” said Kinlin. “This couple has inhaled new energy and blood into the place. And although the floor plan is relatively the same, the decoration is very different, very calming.”

How long did Taylor Swift live in Cape Cod?

Kinlin, who made it easier for the original sale, said that Swift lived in Marchant Avenue between six and eight months when she was with Conor Kennedy.

The broker never hit Swift; Instead, he worked directly with her father Scott Swift, who made the negotiations on behalf of his daughter easier.

“I saw her from afar, but I worked with her father all the rigarole that goes hand in hand with the purchase of a house,” said Kinlin.

According to Swift and Conor Kennedy, Swift Swift was referred to as “spectacular” and “sensational inner and outside”.

“You know what she really is? She's a game. She has never been sailed; she sailed,” said Ethel Kennedy. “She had never pulled before; she dragged. She played everything else that did all other. And she was good in it and no excitement. And I am glad that we will be neighbors. I'm thrilled.”

The couple shared this autumn because of “distance”, an insider told us at the time a week. But according to reports, she will forever time at Cape Cod with the Kennedys with two tracks: “Starlight” and “Start Again”, both on the 2012 album “Red”.

The pioneering property, which looks relatively the same, was “renewed”, said Kinlin.

“The architect and the building contractor did an excellent job to keep the era in which the house was built, which was in 1928 and to keep the inside and outside of the property such as the epitome of Cape Cod,” said Kinlin. “It is very attractive inside and it is very attractive.”
