Motorcyclist killed in the State Street in Salt Lake County

A motorcyclist was killed in a crash in the State Street in Salt Lake County.

The crash took place on Thursday at 3:50 p.m. in 8640 South and State Street.

Sgt. Gary Young with the police of Cottonwood's Heights said that the motorcycle drove north when a car that drove from the other direction tried a left -wing bend.

The car went on the way of the motorcycle and caused the collision.

Young said that the male motorcyclist was dying of his injuries. His identity was not published.
