Taylor Swift's role at 400 million US dollar controversy receives a large update

Even Taylor Swift's friend, Travis Kelce from the Kansas City Chiefs, has come up with his name in the extremely controversial legal dispute between Blake Lively and her “IT ends with us”, the co-star Justin Baldoni.

Already in December, LIVELY filed a lawsuit against Baldoni in which she claimed sexual harassment while filming her film. Baldoni vehemently denied the allegations and replied, among other things, for 400 million US dollars for defamation.

In an unexpected turn of events, Kelce reported reported reported by Lively's husband Ryan Reynolds on Instagram in the midst of rumors about a crack between Swift and Lively. In an earlier report it became known that Swift had “sought Kelce support during this difficult time”.

According to one of the legal submissions by Baldoni, Lively Swift's names used to influence it to make the changes that Lively desired in her film. Baldoni claimed that Swift was also present during a post -production meeting in Lively's New York apartment.

The LIVELY legal team has now spoken about Swift's participation in the case, in which SWIFT may be asked in court in order to answer questions under oath.

In a new interview with People, LIVELY's lawyer, Mike Gottlieb, confirmed that Lively was likely to be a witness in her upcoming legal proceedings. Gottlieb also spoke the reports on Swift together with other celebrities such as Reynolds' “Deadpool & Wolverine” co-star Hugh Jackman, who may also have appeared in court.

“It is completely unclear what demands or defenses are relevant in the case of one of these celebrities …,” said Gottlieb exclusively to people. “This is a case about what happened to Blake Lively when she raised claims for sexual harassment. It is not a case of how songs were selected for the film. It is not a fictional Marvel characters in Deadpool films.”

While Gottlieb did not directly confirm or rejected the possibility of a Swift, he questioned the correctness of Baldoni's claims and the actor's decision to move Swift into chaos.

“You have to ask the question, why are these people charged?” Gottlieb continued. “Do you have an actual relevance for the present case? You cannot simply be charged because you are famous and you think it will generate a number of headlines. And the federal dishes do not tolerate this kind of behavior.”

For what it is worth, reports have pointed out that Swift was “really injured” in this entire situation and that “it wasn't something that she took easily”. Nevertheless, SWIFT and LIVELY reported well again and were able to “recover” from the spit.

However, this does not take the fact that Swift can still be questioned under oath for your role in this legal dispute.
