ICE MID-State Guanance increases and focuses on a crimin

Nashville, Tenn. (WZTV) – Since families who are affected by the ICE operations in the middle state share their stories, ICE is on his obligation to act against illegal immigration.

People whose families were arrested by ICE said that this was an injustice, while Ice Fox 17 shared messages that they do their job to maintain the federal immigration law and to protect public security.

A little more than a one -week ice operation in Middle Tennessee has detained 94 people and so far 23 arrests that have to be deported according to ICE.

These include Davidson, Robertson and Rutherford Counties.

Ingrid Martinez claims that this is a racist profiling based on where witnesses see soldiers set up.

“I think it's unfair because she only arrested her and because of our color and because we are Hispanics,” said Martinez.

She is the daughter of a woman who is detained and built by ice.

Ice confirms that they are brought to Louisiana.

“I didn't know that after five minutes, in which I was hardly with her, I couldn't see her anymore,” said Martinez.

She said her mother was not a criminal.

ICE did not publish the names or fees of criminals, but said Fox 17 News that they will soon be published further details.

The agency points out that they have arrested sex offenders, tren de Aragua and MS-13 gang members in this ice operation.

Proponents of the Tennessee coalition of the immigrant and refugee law bill said that undocumented immigrants need legal assistance before they are arrested.

“We are concerned that many of the imprisoned people may have already waived their right to a court hearing without understanding what they did,” said All Shao King, Tirccs Legal Services Director.

ICE announced Fox 17 News that half can speak to a lawyer.

The agency's spokesman also said that everyone who was taken into custody is immigration process or removal.
