Fisherbroyles extends the practice with two lawyers from trusts and lands based in Naples

Lisa Lipman and Geena Kandel offer extensive experience in estate planning, administration and trust representation.

The partner Lisa Lipman and the lawyer Geena Kandel compete in the Roetzel & Andress law firm and gain experience in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate management as well as related areas for individuals and trustees with high network values.

Lipman has almost 20 years of experience in advice to individuals, families, non-profit organizations and company trustees for estate and tax planning. Most recently, she spent over 12 years as a partner at Roetzel & Andress after she in Grayrobinson, PA, for almost five years

Lipman focuses on her practice on estate and tax planning, the Florida housing planning, the transfer of family assets as well as the estate and trust administration. Their work includes the draft of will and authority from lawyer, financing of revocable and irrevocable trusts, decanting irrevocable trusts and preparation of the federal tax return of the federal government. She is regularly asked to treat complicated trust management and estate questions for sophisticated goods.

As an active member of the Collier County Women's Bar Association, Lipman was a president from 2017 to 2018 and from 2010 to 2019 a member of the Executive Board. 2024 She is also a member of the Estate Planning Council of Naples and the Collier County Bar Association. Lipan was recognized in the best lawyers in America® for trusts and goods (2021-2025), corporate law (2022-2025) and legal disputes and gabates (2022-2025).

Kandel's experience includes the preparation of wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, the decanting of irrevocable trusts and the development of secondary documents such as attorney powers. She regularly takes care of complicated goods with trust management and estate and is known for her meticulous, customer -oriented approach.

Kandel was recognized as the best lawyer: those who have to be observed® For trusts and goods and legal disputes – Trusts and lands (2025) and selected as “Rising Star” by Florida Super Lawyer (2024). She is a board member of the Estate Planning Council of Naples and the Collier County Bar Foundation, director of the Collier County Bar Association Young Lawyer Section and former chairman of the CCBA department.
