The pirates appeared from Somerset County with somewhat wet laundry and a thin one-run victory against one of the state's toughest public teams. Seton Hall Prep (15-1) received a recording of five inning by Roman Baldwin in a weatherproof game with six inning. Michael Bravette's RBI double was the only game in this game. Ridge (14-4) received another outstanding day on the hill of Aidan Stieglitz, who beat seven of six innerings of work.

Kevin Boulden delivered one of the best performance of his young career to lead the Lions to a second to a season against the Red Raiders. The newcomer threw six strong innings, allowed a run with 13 strikeouts and added an RBI to the plate in victory. Gavin Zane drove in sixth place for Gloucester (6-12). Matt Hill threw a complete game and allowed four runs with ten strike outs for Paulsboro (3-13).
