Death penalty Possibility for the murder of representatives

Cincinnati (WKRC) – There is now a stricter charges against murder against the man who is accused of deliberately falling down a sheriff of a sheriff by the Hamilton County.

The charges have the option of the death penalty.

“I can only tell you that I have never hunted and killed someone like this,” said Hamilton County, Connie Pillich.

Polleich announced several films on Thursday and detailed when and where Hinton was in front of the retired sheriff of the Hamilton County of the sheriff Larry Henderson. She said that Hinton arrived in the Cincinnati police department at 9:33 a.m. on May 2 at 9:33 a.m. to check a shootout involved by his 18-year-old son Ryan.

Ryan ran in front of the police with a gun in hand when an official opened the fire on Thursday.

At 9:51 a.m. Polleich said that Hinton was so annoyed that he left the building.

“At 10:37 a.m., almost 50 minutes later, the family who was with him comes out of the building and they all go in a car,” said Polleich.

According to Polleich, Hinton was brought to a family member after the Findlay Market. He made a 30-minute nap and then returned at 12:41 p.m. to pick up his car

She says Hinton left before returning five minutes later and drove through the police department's parking lot.

“His family still follows him. At 12:50 he leaves the Clifton Avenue. His family is still following him,” said Polleich.

Evidence shows that Hinton on Martin Luther King Drive is going to the east near Burnett Woods Drive. The deputy Henderson directed the traffic in the region for the completion of the UC.

Then Polleich said that Hinton had stopped in an unused middle track.

“At 1:05 p.m. Hinton drives the vehicle, drives into the opposing traces of traffic and drives directly to the deputy Henderson and hits him,” said Polleich. “The family, think about it, watch it all.”

Polleich said Hinton endangered other life. Because of the degree, many people went around.

Rodney Hinton Junior is for his own security in the Clermont County prison. It is recorded without bond.

Sheriff Charmaine McGuffey asked people to “let judiciary play”.
