An official cause of death was unveiled for the Oscar winner on Sunday.

According to the medical investigator's office in New Mexico, a final autopsy from Fox News Digital shows that Hackman had a “history of heart failure” in addition to “severe chronic hypertensive changes”.

According to documents, the legendary actor had implanted a “bi-ventricular pacemaker” in April 2019. “Neurodegenerative features that match the Alzheimer disease” were also found in the autopsy.

“The autopsy showed a severe atherosclerotic and hypertensive cardiovascular disease with placement of stents of coronary arteries and a bypass transplant as well as an earlier aortic valve replacement,” add the documents.

“Far -myocardial infarctions were available on which the left ventricular free wall and the septum were significantly large. The examination of the brain showed microscopic findings of the Alzheimer disease of the advanced stage.”

Hackman tested negatively for Hantavirus. “The test for carbon monoxide was less than 5% saturated, corresponds to a normal range,” said the medical examiner.

In a toxicological report, the traces of Aceton in Hackman's system were found in Hackman's system. The solvent used for chemicals is “also a product of diabetic and sober ketoacidosis and a metabolite after isopropano recording,” said the report.

Hackman's toxicology test showed the acetone level at 5.3 mg/dl. The normal endogenous acetone level in the blood is up to 0.3 mg/dl.

The results match a longer fasting level.

The bodies of Hackman and Arakawa were found February 26 by maintenance workers Jesse Kesler and Roland Lowe Begay. Kesler, who had worked for the couple for 16 years, wore a hectic 911 call.

An affidavit of the search order received by FOX News Digital explained that Arakawa was dismantled in her hands and feet with flatulence in her face and mummification.

Hackman had the same signs of decomposition as his wife.

In search of Arakawa's computer, the investigators found that they had examined Covid-19 and flu-like symptoms several times before their death. The investigators have restored an email that Arakawa sent to her massage therapist on February 11, in which she revealed that Hackman had a “covid test” after he experienced “flu/cold-like symptoms”.

Hackman was 95 years old at the time of his death and his wife 63.
