Kitchen policemen find roofs that appear in Huntsville Mini-Mart on chicken

Huntsville, ala. (Waff) -We have brand new restaurant inspections from seven Northern Alabama counties this week, but only a few companies were on the other side of the 85 -point number -/ -Sch -line.

The most shocking incident comes from the Madison County Play report sheet. The brothers Mini-Mart on Governors Drive had to be closed briefly after the inspectors had found a leak from the ceiling that dripped on the preparatory chicken on a worktop. The chicken was ejected and the building was closed until repairs could be carried out. The shop was also written for pizza with false temperature, a dirty icebreaker and employees without paperwork for health training. The mini-mart brothers had a 78-point number.

That was not even the lowest score in Madison County. The award this week goes 74 to the Al Shish Palace in the Hughes Road in Madison. The kitchen policemen found tomatoes at the wrong temperature, a cutting board with deep cuts and combustion brands and several blank spray bottles. There were also no paper towels with soap on a sink, jugs and utensils in a different sink, which were to be put aside for hand washing and pots and pans that were warped and cut.

The Comfort Suites Hotel am Torok Circle in Huntsville has a 76 due to residues in the ice machine and unrooted chemical bottles.

The rhythm on Monroe in the Braun Center saw an 80 due to several violations of the food temperature and an employee, how he was ready to eat hand with bar.

Los Arcos in Boaz has the lowest score in Tennessee Valley this week at Tennessee Valley. There was also a problem with a missing food temperature.

The Jeffersons in Albertville has an 80. There were residues in the ice maker, loose wires on the frying baskets and skimming and an unrolled bottle with cleaning chemicals.

Captain D on Brindlee Mountain Parkway in Arab lost points for stew and salad at the wrong temperature. It also had loose wires on the fry baskets and there was fat on the floor that had to be tidied up. Captain D comes to the harbor with an 81 on the score card.

The Foodland Bakery and the Deli on the Highway 431 in Guntersville had chicken ships at the wrong temperature and is the third business in a row that was written for the fryer baskets. The score is an 82.

The HOG leg grill in Arab also has an 82 due to a dirty ice breaker and a ranch dressing and pudding that are held beyond their date controls.

Another 82 go to the C&S fuels on the Highway 431 in Albertville. It had no soap or paper towels in a toilet and an unrolled bottle with cleaning chemicals.

Empesas La Poblana in Albertville has 83 due to problems in which his hose is not properly connected. There were also fruits at the wrong temperature and another blank bottle of cleaning chemicals.

Andy's foodmart in Hartsellle caught the attention of the kitchen police when they found in the men's room and in the ice machine on toilet paper in the men's room and in the mold. There were also several foods without date markings and several violations of food temperature. Andy's gets a 76.

The marathon on Highway 55 in Falkville has an 81 due to mold in an ice machine and several violations of food temperature.
