In 2023 Harrison had his best statistical season and brought 31 passes for 284 yards and five touchdowns. With these five points, Harrison made a Buffalo record for most touchdowns in one season with a walk-on. Harrison was nominated for the Burlsworth Trophy, which was awarded to the most outstanding college football walk-on.

Harrison also saw time in special teams in Colorado, which could be a blessing for Broncos Special Teams Coach Darren Rizzi. It remains to be seen whether the former buff in the state in which he played his best football can accommodate.
