Multi-vehicle crash with 18-wheels causes considerable delays on the I-35 in S Austin

Austin, Texas – A crash with several vehicles with an 18-wheels caused considerable delays on the I-35 in South in South Austin in South Austin early Friday morning.

According to the Austin Police Department, the collision occurred at 5:49 a.m. in the 1800 block of the I-35 towards the south near Woodland Avenue.

Four vehicles were involved in the accident, including an 18-rader and a civilian truck who pulled a trailer, the police said. The extent of the injuries was not immediately known, but the authorities confirmed that injuries were reported at the crime scene.
