It happened shortly after 2 a.m. in the Friant and Shepherd area near Woodward Park.

Officers say that on the basis of surveillance videos with a high speed rate, the person was traveling in a western direction on Shepherd, who drove via Friant and the Stadthof.

The vehicle burned. One person died inside.

Firefighters quickly turned into work to ensure that no other buildings or property are burned.

The police say there are some damage in the courtyard and are still trying to determine what has been lost.

The drivers should avoid the area if the examination and cleanup are continued.
