According to SGT. D. Griffiths with HPD's vehicle criminal department Despite the stained rain in the area, the weather seemed to be no factor for the crash.

“When I watched the video, I can't say whether it did it or not. This is still a high -ray area, and at the time there were still many people here,” she said. “We were able to talk to several witnesses because there are many open food trucks and people who patronize these shops here … So I don't think that the weather may have played a role in this. I only know that the driver has not stopped and is waiting for the police to arrive.”

Several witnesses spoke to the driver SGT. Griffiths added, and initially they stayed at the scene shortly before the start.

The investigators are still looking for the driver, but in the meantime they said that they would review video evidence of nearby companies and collect testimony.
