Chicago Crime: The shooting of the grocery store in West Side leaves people dead, the police said the police say

A man was shot in a grocery store in West Side around noon on Tuesday.

According to the Chicago Police Department, the shootout occurred in the 500 block of the North Laramie Avenue in the Austin district.

Sky Fox was over the stage and discovered police activities at the Sanford Foods Grocery Store in the 501 North Laramie Avenue. The police band was seen around the shop front.

What we know:

Around 11:35 a.m. at least one perpetrator with a weapon entered the shop and shot a 32-year-old man, the police said.

The shooter then fled from the scene in an unknown direction.

The victim was shot in the head and body. He was brought to Mt. Sinai Hospital, where he died.

No arrests were made.
