Most large number of crime in the city of Oshkosh continues to fall.

The police authority of Oshkosh publishes crime every month, and in the nine categories they pursue, all have dropped to three from this time last year.

Crimes such as murder and arson have dropped 100%, since no one occurred this year, during one last year to this time.

However, crimes such as sexual offenses, simple attacks and robberies rose in 2025.

The sex crimes this year were 17% more common, while the simple attack rose by 2% and robbery has risen by 500%.

Other significant drops came by 25% and 35% in the form of theft and motor vehicle theft.

In April, Oshkosh also saw nine OWI arrests, four weapon injuries and 38 narcotics violations.

The Oshkosh police authority publishes this data monthly to raise citizens and show them how effective their officials were in keeping the community safe.

These figures in April follow a similar trend in the past calendar year that steadily declines in the city of Oshkosh.
