Charge: Previous lake killed his mother, sexually attacked woman in Burnsville,

A former lake man is accused of killing his mother and then sexually attacking a woman in Burnsville.

36-year-old Aaron Matthew Schlossin faces a second degree, a second degree of a criminal sexual behavior and a count of a burglary of the first degree.

As already reported, the law enforcement authorities reacted to a house in the 4500 block of the Colorado Street in Prior Lake to get a welfare check on Sunday. The caller said that he hadn't seen the resident of the house since Thursday.

When the officers came to the scene, the caller said that he got castle out of the house around 8 p.m. on Thursday at around 8 p.m. and did a “Whippit” before asked for a cigarette. According to a criminal complaint, Schlossin appeared “very high and out of the way” according to the witness. Schlossin then went back in.

The witness said that he hadn't seen the victim since that night or came out to bring her doses in. She also didn't come to the door when he knocked, he told the police. Schlossin's vehicle has not been seen in the house since Thursday.

The officials looked through a window into the house and found in the entire bedroom, which seemed to be drying blood. Then they saw one leg out of a ceiling pile on the floor and decided to go in.

The woman, who has not yet been publicly identified, was deceased under the ceilings. She had a “considerable amount of trauma on the head and face”, it says in court documents. Officers also noticed a white-yellow powder throughout the house and in the room where the woman was found.

A bloody pair of jeans with Schlossin's wallet and ID was found on the victim's body, according to court documents.

A neighbor told the police that she saw a man of Schlossin “strange” and skipped in her garden at around 8 p.m. on Thursday.

Another neighbor described how a woman screamed and a man screamed and added that it sounded as if the house was destroying. She told the officials that it was “sounded like someone was murdered,” said court documents.

The witness said that a man lives with the victim and that he is not friendly and his body language was “switched off”.

The officials then interviewed Schlossin's brother, who said that he had cut relationships with Schlossin because of his irregular behavior. He described an incident in which Schlossin pulled a weapon on him because he would not help to go to the house of her father and kill him, according to court documents.

After a separate criminal complaint, a sexual assault was called for sexual assault on Friday.

A woman told the police that she was outside in her residential building and saw a man staring at her. She felt restless and went back in. The woman said she started to cook the dinner for her child and kept frozen meat when she opened the sliding door and saw how the man came into her house.

The man who was later identified as a castle by the authorities stuck the woman against the fridge and groped her genitals. The woman hit him with the frozen meat and hit Schlossin, causing him to run away.

A 911 caller later drove nearby when she saw a man bleeding and stumbling from his face. He asked the woman around one trip and said he didn't remember how he was injured.

The officials found and arrested castle, who met the description of the attacker.

Schlossin is currently in Dakota County for sexual assault.
