Galaxy Watch 8 Leck shows a new, less circular design

According to new pictures in a leaked Samsung app, the upcoming Galaxy Watch 8 series will remove the usual, completely circular design of the company's smartwatch.

The leaked firmware has revealed a lot about the Galaxy Watch 8 series. There are plenty of new changes in a UI 8 o'clock, but another leak has shown that Samsung will probably make some important design changes at the Galaxy Watch 8 and Watch 8 Classic.

People on Android authority Spotte pictures in a UI 8 o'clock firmware that shows both the Galaxy Watch 8 and the Galaxy Watch 8 Classic. Cod names “Fresh8” and “Wise8” refer to the two devices, and the design has changed quite a bit. Where former devices had a completely circular design, whereby the new renderers from the upper and lower edge of the Watch band are located, show a “Squircle” design that is very similar to the Galaxy Watch Ultra.

The new design still has a circular display, but the shape has a more square total number, which also lifts the keys a little further. Watch 8 still has only two buttons where Watch 8 Classic has three, just like the Watch Ultra. It is difficult to recognize that the Watch 8 Classic would vary from the clock in these pictures, but would probably go out on a rotating bezel.

In particular, Samsung teased that the Galaxy Watch 8 would get a new design. In its latest profit call, the company teased a “new” and “innovative” design for the next Galaxy clock.

At Wearables, we will expand our market presence with an increased premium experience and at the same time expand our line -up across all price segments. We plan to start a new Galaxy watch with an innovative design and improved health-related functions.

While nothing has yet been carved in stone, it seems certain that the Galaxy Watch design, which we have met in recent years, will disappear for this new look that is inspired by the ultra.
