The father of a 15-year-old who shot and killed a teacher and classmate in her wiscons Christian School last December was arrested and charged with several criminals in connection with the deadly attack, the police said.

The 42 -year -old Jeffrey Ruppnow was arrested on Thursday and accused of contributing to the crime of a child, and two cases to provide a dangerous weapon available to a person under the age of 18, which led to death, said Madison's police authority.
