Miles takes place in the Oakland County prison. The bond was denied in his indictment on May 8th before the 46th district court.

The public prosecutor of Oakland County, Karen McDonald, said that the allegations are “extremely worrying”.

“Children deserve to grow up with abuse, including family members. I welcome the work of our partners in the Southfield Police Department and the Care House of Oakland County for their careful examination of this tragic case,” she said.

Law enforcement officers believe that there could be other victims. Therefore, anyone who is asked about additional crimes associated with it, possibly on Miles, will be asked to contact the Southfield Police Department under 248-796-5500.

Miles' next court date is May 22nd for a conference for probable causes.
